On 04-30-2009 at 5:00 pm a new 25 year lease was signed between the land owner, Harlan County, and the Harlan County Outdoor Recreation board.
Congratulations are in order for the Bennetts, Joe Grieshop, the county magistrates, and the park board.
This is a good day for Harlan County and the off road community. |

I'm glad that it happened before the 09 Southern Shine.
I think people will have a better outlook on off roading, and hopefully some of the local people will invest in some of the tourist supporting venues first, before outsiders move in. |
