Our group cut about 12-15 trees out of the upper rock garden on Friday. It's passable all the way through now. Like Ken said though it still needs to be cleaned out a little.

Thanks, I knew someone had done some cutting in it. Casey and I cleaned out all of the overhanging trees. The water was too deep for us to finish cleaning out what is left.

Yeah I tried to drag some of the stuff out of the water. It was REALLY deep though. I had on my knee length Muck boots, and it got over the top of them a couple times.

Yes, you all did a great job. We simply came in behind you and did some clean up work and then worked our way on out the ridge, and worked our way all the way around to the stadium area. Thanks again, great job.

Most of this thread is a year old. I'm not sure if there is any recent damage but expect that there would be.

There was a lot of damage with the large wet snow we had before Christmas. Most of the main trails have been opened up, but not necessarily cleaned up. Lots of ice and snow up there right now, making it hard to do work on the park. Dang global warming is killing our efforts.
